MAS90 and 200 Technical Support Issues

Internet Explorer 7 and Sage MAS 90 and 200 ERP
In MAS 90 and MAS 200 help files, the "How do I?" feature, and help files, may no longer work after installing Internet Explorer 7.0 on Windows XP or Windows Server 2003. A javascript error may also appear on screen or as a warning icon on the bottom left corner of the MAS 90 or MAS 200 business desktop.
To avoid this issue, either install Service Update 6, or do not install Internet Explorer on any Windows XP Workstation or Windows Server 2003 operating system. Note that Beta versions of Internet Explorer 7.0 are not supported with any version of MAS 90 or MAS 200.
